FOOD:


Our food is best consumed within 2 hours of receiving order/upon pick up.


Greendot bears no responsibility for any problems caused by non-disclosure of allergies or special dietary needs.


Greendot reserves the right to change the menu if particular item is not available on the day.                


PRICES AND PAYMENT:


Prices are subject to change without prior notice. 


Full payment online is required upon ordering for deliveries and pick ups.


Cancellations, Returns and Refunds will not be accepted.


DELIVERY:


Delivery is fulfilled by a third party company - ODDLE. 


Greendot is not liable for any delay or failure to provide the service as a result of any act or circumstance beyond the delivery company’s control. 


Both Greendot and ODDLE will endeavour our best to prep/ deliver within the stipulated time customers have indicated. In the event of any delays, our staff will inform customers in a timely manner.

Q: Is there any minimum order?

A: The minimum order is $60.

Q: Can I pre-order for tomorrow/next week’s event?

A: Yes, you can make pre-order and choose preferred date and time slot (e.g. 1:00pm-1:30pm) for the delivery.

Q: Can I accumulate Greendot membership points over Oddle order?

A: Greendot membership points can be earned when placing order at Outlets only.

GENERAL:


We welcome feedback. Any customer who is not satisfied with their orders can contact us at enquiries@greendot.sg and provide all relevant details within 24 hours of receipt of food. We will do our best to address all concerns and issues.
